364 Richmond St

The challenge RBN faced with Sobey's 25000 sqft award winning Toronto office was constructing a modern workspace within the beautiful exposed wooden and brick surfaces of this 1920's heritage designated building and having the finished result feel seamless and cohesive. Sobeys interactive and open work environment features acoustical ceilings and walls to minimise echo and oversized doors and doorways for a more open feel and flow, that can quickly separate quiet zones from active zones when needed. Conscious of Sobeys environmental ethics, our planners and estimators ensured that material waste was kept to a minimum and sustainable products were used where possible.
